Professor Oliver Pearce, a hip and knee specialist surgeon at Milton Keynes University Hospital and co-founder of EasyReach Underwear, joined the Entrepreneurial Minds seminar series on 22 January 2026 at the Enterprise Hub, Vinson Building, University of Buckingham.
Interviewed by Syed Kamall, Professor Pearce spoke about how his clinical work inspired him to develop an adaptive garment designed to support recovery after hip replacement surgery. EasyReach Underwear now benefits people with disabilities, older adults, and post-surgical patients, a product born directly from Professor Pearce’s frontline experience as a surgeon.
