Syed Kamall welcomed BRITE Box – Voices of Hope to the House of Lords on 18 June 2025 for their first-ever Impact Celebration, marking five years of grassroots work supporting families to cook and eat healthier on a budget.
The event brought together MPs, health professionals, and community leaders to celebrate the achievements of the BRITE Box programme, which takes a local, community-led approach to tackling obesity and improving nutrition. Guests heard inspiring stories from families whose lives have been changed through the initiative.
Lord Kamall, who hosted the reception, praised the organisation’s practical, community-driven model and its tangible impact on public health outcomes across the country.
