Health Minister Syed Kamall has expressed his support for making life-saving adrenaline auto-injectors (AAIs) available in public places such as restaurants. This follows a report by the Commission on Human Medicines (CHM), which outlines recommendations for the safe and effective use of AAIs to help save lives.
Syed Kamall said, “access to adrenaline auto injectors is vital for many people in this country with potentially serious allergies.” He emphasises the significance of ensuring people have access to the treatment they need, regardless of their location.
