Welcome to my latest newsletter.
While 2018 was a challenging year for both the Conservative Party and the UK, the government is working hard to reach an agreement with the EU that delivers on the referendum result of 2016.
My work in the European Parliament has focused on helping the UK-EU negotiations behind the scenes, as well as my activities on the International Trade and Economic and Monetary Affairs (financial legislation) committees. In London, I have continued to campaign and give speeches, as well as work with local community projects tackling poverty and social exclusion.
