The EngageLDN18 Prize

Hello!

I want to celebrate Conservatives in the community and I want to hear about what YOU are doing in the EngageLDN18 Prize.

As a party we are not good at shouting about our community work yet we should be!

Voters increasingly want to elect people they see being active in their community and someone they consider to be a friend, not just a politician.

It doesn’t matter whether your community work involves rubbish collection, running a homeless centre, running the local sports team or offering a free CV clinic. All of these should be celebrated.

How it works:

– There will be a maximum of 5 x 60 second speaking slots early on during EngageLDN18 on 17th December. This will be a chance for you to very briefly explain your project to attendees. The slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so enter quickly. Even if you don’t win, you will still get this opportunity to speak at the event.

– As the event continues, attendees will vote for the project they would like to see celebrated the most.

– The winner will be announced near the end of the event. At that point the floor will be yours for 5 minutes to promote what you do and tell others how they could be doing the same.
