I am always happy to find new ways to talk to people though the use of technology. Today was the turn of Durham University students. I was asked to give a talk followed by a Q&A about Brexit but I was unable to be there in person. This is where technology came to my aid! We set up a Skype call with the students so I can still talk to the from Brussels.
I was on the screen chatting to the students and it felt like I was actually with them. It still amazes me, the technology we have to hand which isn’t always used to its full potential. It can bring people together and enable discussions such as this one with the students at Durham University.
I look forward to more Skype calls with Durham or other Universities!
